Art House on Elm is working to create a new, more financially sustainable system to show art. Our space is available to the artist during normal business hours to use as their own environment throughout the duration of their show. Our rates are provided at a flat rate and will never add commission to sold works of art.

We believe this is the most sustainable way to display art in our community and allow us to remain a space for artists to show and sell their work.

Throughout the duration of your exhibit, we recommend that artists follow our expectation guidelines for their show in order to create a full experience for the art patron and viewer.

one month art show - one room

Artists have the opportunity to create a show in one of our gallery rooms. Fees include a staffed art opening for you and your guests with traditional opening snack table including a small charcuterie board or vegetable tray, two bottles of local wine, and local coffee. Throughout the duration of your show, we will provide full access during business hours, take appointments outside of business hours for viewings, photograph your artwork in the space in order to promote it on social media, handle sales and direct earned funds to the artist.

one month art show - two rooms

Artists have the opportunity to create a show in two of our gallery rooms. Fees include the above with the addition of an option for a staffed show closing reception with your own food and drinks.

If artists would like to use the space to share experimental music, have a short film screening, or have new and exciting ideas for the use of the space, please reach out to us, we would love to talk about your vision for the space.

Artists can add services to their space fee regarding graphic design, printing, and distribution of show cards.

Art House designs your digital show card

Art House on Elm staff will use a high resolution photo of one of your images for your show in order to create a digital show card. This card will be sent to you and can be shared digitally via social media platforms.

50 professionally printed show cards

Art House on Elm will print your showcard and share this with you in order to distribute it to friends and family to advertise your opening and exhibit in our space. Show cards are 4” x 6” and printed on high quality, matte paper with a protective coating on the front.

address and send show cards to your mailing list

Art House on Elm will address and send show cards to your personal mailing list in order to invite patrons of your artwork to your opening night or exhibit.
